Meeting Agenda

As announced previously, the working group will meet face to face in Leuven during the IEEE LTSC meeting week. The specifics about the meeting logistics in Leuven will be posted on the ieeeltsc.org web site shortly. Also see below for preliminary logistics information.

Tentative agenda:

Competency WG20 Agenda (proposed)
29 March 2006 - Leuven, Belgium.
9:30 – 10:00: Welcome, logistics, confirm agenda.
10:00-11:00 P1484.11.1 (RCD) project status review
11:00-12:30 Liaison presentations (HR-XML, SC36, TBD)
12:30-13:30 Lunch
13:30-14:00 Q&A about RCD, RCD applications
14:00-15:00 Presentation of work and study proposals, roadmap brainstorm
15:00-15:30 Break and brain ventilation
15:30-16:30 Action items, concrete planning.

Please contact the chair (Claude at Ostyn dot com) directly if you would like to see changes to the agenda or if you would like to add a topic to the agenda. We plan to have teleconferencing enabled for the duration of the meeting, using a USA conference access number as well as web conferencing for visuals.
Note: 9:30 Leuven Time is 8:30 UTC, 2:30am US Eastern Time, 11:30pm US Pacific Time, 12:30pm Mumbai Time. Note also that this meeting overlaps the WG12 LOM meeting. We plan to end early enough to allow attendance to the wrap-up sessions of the WG12.

For the purposes of arranging the teleconference, we would like to know how many people intend to attend remotely, and whether they intend to attend all or parts of the proceedings.
