This working draft is based on the rough draft approved by straw ballot of the working group in February. Scott Lewis, technical editor for the WG, corrected obvious editorial issues. Some technical issues raised in the straw ballot have not yet been addressed in this draft. For review and completion at May 05 Face to Face meeting

This standard shall specify the mandatory and optional data elements that constitute a Competency Definition as used in a Learning Management System, or referenced in a Competency Profile.

P1484.20.1 Draft Standard for Learning Technology -- Standard for Reusable Competency Definitions, draft 3. This is the draft submitted to the IEEE staff to begin the formal balloting process. It incorporates minor fixes to resolve comments raised in the Working Group vote to go ballot. NOTE: If you are using an older version of Acrobat Reader, you may need to update to view this document
